Congratulations on finalizing your estate plan! Now that you have scheduled your "signing day" appointment, here is what you need to know:
1) The Notary
The notary charges $15 per signature. In addition, they will charge a flat rate travel fee.

2) Next Steps
The only document that you will not sign when we meet is your will.  You will need to execute that document as soon as possible, after signing all of the other documents. Two witnesses who witness your signature are required. They must be disinterested parties - no beneficiaries or agents. So, typically people choose neighbors and co-workers or friends not otherwise listed in their estate plan.
Please arrange to meet with your witnesses to have them witness your will signing as soon as possible. You can even invite them to this appointment.

PLEASE REVIEW THE BELOW FILE FOR INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING YOUR WILL SIGNING.
