4) I process and give you the final product, along with next steps. You're done!

Deliverables:
- 1 hour zoom consultation to discuss your estate planning goals, tax savings, and ensuring your assets get to the right loved ones.
- 1 hour zoom consultation to review your new estate plan.
- Document drafting, including any re-drafting of: wills, revocable trust, powers of attorney, advance directive, assignment of personal property and drafting of memorandum of personal belonging for specific bequests, and drafting of real property deed for primary residence.
- Hard copies of original documents.
- Review and counsel regarding beneficiary designations.
- Follow up emails to respond to title questions and to confirm that you have completed action steps.
- Real Property title search and deed.
- Upon death or disability, review of your estate plan with family, successor trustee, or successor executor no additional fee.
- PDF e-book of final estate plan.
- Want copies printed? I can print and organize your e-book at an extra flat rate fee.
Need In Person Visits?
- Not everyone is on Zoom or able to leave the house because of disabilities. I understand. Let's discuss home visits. Free to La Crescenta/La Canada residents.
- You are responsible for notary fees. I get a discount, which I pass onto you.
- You are responsible for recording fees - usually around $100 per house.
- You are responsible for printing fees above and beyond what is usually required.
