Probate And Trust Administration

Becoming a trustee or executor can feel overwhelming for everyone. It is indeed a new role, and probably not one that you have assumed before. If you are unsure of what a trust really is, or what your duties are,  my office is here to support you every step of the way. If you are uncertain of where to go or who to speak to about your new role, my office is here.

There are two paths to work through administering the wishes of a deceased loved one:
1) There is an estate plan (trust and/or will); OR
2) There is NO an estate plan.  I have a strategy for both situations. See below for my 6 step process from start to distribution of assets to heirs and/or beneficiaries.

Pricing is as follows:
Trust Administration -> Retainers start at $2,000 and will depend upon the complexity of the case.
OR
Probate Petition & Estate Administration -> No trust? No will? -> Attorneys' fees are based on percentage, set by statute and confirmed by the court at the end of the case.  You will pay NO hourly rate. Fees will be taken out of the estate.
